The room is medium room has the balcony. RM320 per month. Electric and water is on sharing basic. Streamyx is share by the user who use the stremyx. RM10 will be charge per people becos need to buy gas, toilet paper, diamond water filter, toilet cleaning.....etc. Interest phone me at 0162386072. Can see the room at night time after 9pm or weekend evening.

I am interested in your room but I am just a bit hesitant with the sharing system. If ever I decide to take the room, I hope there will be no problems with sharing the expenses. I prefer bigger spaces but for the meantime that will do. Patio Furniture
